Tredegar Park Golf Club | Newport Wedding Photography
Tredegar Park Golf Club and St. Hilda's Church, Pontypool wedding photography by Cwmbran, South Wales, Gloucestershire, Bristol & Somerset photographer, Jackie Cuff.
Dominique & Benjamin got married in August 2021 at St. Hilda's Church, Pontypool with their reception at Tredegar Park Golf Club, Newport. This wedding was extra special to me as it was the same venue I used for my own wedding reception just over three years before!
This couple were very lucky in that they started planning their wedding just over a year in advance and they didn't have to postpone or reduce their guestlist because of Covid! Dom & Ben chose to book Package Two which includes full day coverage. I attended their wedding from bridal prep at 7:00am up until just after their first dance at 8:30pm. All full day packages include myself attending from bridal prep until just after your first dance, no matter what time either of these are as I don't use time limits! I do also offer a short day package which means I'll stay for the moments you ask for and I'm flexible with timings so I won't charge extra or leave before I've captured everything.
Pre-wedding photoshoots are also included in full day packages, which Dom & Ben chose to have at Tredegar House with their gorgeous little dog just a few months before their wedding day. They'll also receive a 12x12" album and a folio box of 10 mounted images as part of Package Two!
I arrived at their house for bridal prep with Dom, her Mum, daughter and soon to be step-daughter, capturing them getting excited and having their hair done with a little visit to Katie Sparkes Salon, Croesyceiliog for the bride's make-up.
Dom travelled in style to St. Hilda's Church in a vintage Rolls Royce in torrential rain! Luckily by the time the ceremony had ended, it was dry and sunny just in time for group photos and some couple photos before it started raining again.
I was treated to a delicious wedding breakfast (I ask in my contract that I'm fed on your wedding day to keep me going for 12-14 hours!) shortly before the speeches and the cutting of the cake. After the first dance had finished and I'd got a few photos of everyone dancing it was time for me to head home.
