Must Have Photos of Your Cutest Guests
Your younger guests are usually the ones who make the cutest and sweetest photos, so I love to include them in your wedding photos.
Working as a teaching assistant for many years makes me a very child friendly photographer, this means I have bags of patience and experience of how to work with them.
I like to have a mostly natural wedding photography style which is the best way to catch kids just being themselves, so I have to be ready for anything!
Here are some of my favourites...
Children can be quite shy at times, especially when they're around some unfamiliar people during bridal prep. This can make for a super cute photo of a little one hiding behind their Mum!
Children have lovely, natural smiles, so capturing them enjoying a little moment is perfect! Like this gorgeous flower girl getting her 'make-up' done.
Most little girls love getting their hair done, just like this flower girl. The excitement is written all over her face!
Children can also provide you with some funny photos, like when they've got to sit and listen to all the grown ups talking during bridal prep. How boring!?
I have to be ready for any moments that might happen, such as a flower girl checking out her fantastic makeover just before she steps out into the ceremony!
When the guests are arriving, this is a good chance to catch any littluns all dressed up and looking adorable just like this little guy in his bow tie and suspenders!
Of course, it's important to capture any kiddies carrying out their duties such as walking down the aisle before the bride!
There's usually a bit of time to socialise during the group photos which is when your youngest guests might find some time to run around and play, like this little fella!
Babies bring joy to a lot of people. So having babies at your wedding means lots of grown ups pulling funny faces and making strange noises, which makes for great photos!
Children can be very curious especially when they're this little. That pint was just too irresistible!
Confetti is so much fun! This flower girl couldn't resist collecting some confetti to entertain herself with during the group photos.
It's inevitable that kids will end up running around and playing. It's great to see them having fun!
It's important to think of ways to amuse the children at your wedding, so when they can be seen enjoying themselves with the goodies you've provided them with, that makes a great photo for you to see later on!
Now I didn't want to miss out any of the older kids, take a look at these two lads having a laugh together!
Kids certainly love to dance and can quite often be one of the first on the dancefloor. They can also use the best dance moves!
